Computer class!We did it!

After receiving all the necessary papers, visiting health departments, and following a large number of rather funny quarantine orders, we were finally allowed to start our computer class absolutely legally. This is the first class of our “Next step” project, the main goal of which is to teach young people skills that will enable them to earn money. At the moment we have two groups of 10 students.
The students are children who graduated from school, but never had the opportunity to work with a computer. They are taught by a professional programmer; we met him in our now home church. He gave us a 50% discount on tuition.
One lesson costs $7. The guys are slowly mastering a completely new world for them. What are we still fighting? With discipline. They are late. It is sad. That they still haven’t learned to do everything right, not because of fear of punishment, but because it’s better for themselves. But we are in the process. Half of the course completed.
The first release will be in February. Children who successfully master the basics will be able to continue their studies at the next
coding course.
We believe this is only the first step towards
so that young people have the opportunity to learn new skills and find work.
This year we plan to open a project for the production of handmade jewelry,
as well as a manicure school for girls.
