Zamu Mission was founded in 2019 in Mombasa, Kenya by Inna Pidgaina.
After serving as a missionary in Kenya for about five years, Inna saw the need to develop local leaders and to nurture local youth for missionary service in Kenya and outside the country.
The word Zamu is translated from Swahili as “chance, turn.”
The internship program is a 7 month program for youth (18+) from all over Kenya, where they can get equipt to be missionaries either back in their hometowns or wherever God will send them.
This is where all our efforts of building a relationship with the youth are most seen. A time where we encourage them to find answers in the Bible. What does the Bible say about this problem, question, sin, etc.
This is a time when kids from very different backgrounds, religions and social statuses are able to hear the Gospel, learn from the Bible and get to know God as their Father.
Also one of the reasons these kinda projects are important, is because it keeps youth off the streets and all the dangers that come with it. Katika Dance Crew: Faith and Culture Through Dance Dance is a very important part of Kenyan culture and so for us it is important not to ignore it but […]
